These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of HALO TRADES services, including access purchased via Whop and delivery through Discord and any other platforms we may use. By purchasing, accessing, or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services provided
HALO TRADES provides digital educational content and community access. Services are delivered primarily through Discord and controlled by membership status.
We may also deliver content and services through additional platforms or tools from time to time. These Terms apply to your use of HALO TRADES on any platform we use.
2. Plans and billing
Premium Coaching may be purchased as:
- Monthly subscription (recurring)
- Annual subscription (recurring)
- Lifetime access (one-time payment)
Billing, renewals, and payment processing are handled by Whop and its payment partners. Purchase records, subscription status, and entitlements are managed through Whop.
3. Renewals and cancellations
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through Whop before the renewal date.
If you cancel:
- access continues until the end of the current billing period unless terminated earlier for breach
- access is restricted and roles are removed once the billing period ends
4. Digital access and right to cancel
Where UK consumer rules apply, digital services may carry cancellation rights unless you request immediate supply.
By purchasing and accessing the service immediately, including receiving Discord access or roles or viewing content, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and services.
5. Refund policy
All purchases are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This includes, without limitation:
- unused time remaining in a billing period
- accidental purchases
- failure to use the service
- dissatisfaction after access has been granted
- cancellation after renewal
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Access rules and account responsibility
Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Whop and Discord accounts and ensuring you can access the platforms required to use the service.
7. Strict anti-sharing policy
You must not:
- share your access with non-members
- share accounts, logins, or role-based entry
- redistribute or repost paid content including videos, courses, breakdowns, posts, messages, or materials
- provide non-members access through screenshots, re-uploads, screen recordings, streams, or proxy viewing
If unauthorised sharing is detected:
- your access is terminated immediately
- you are removed from the community and any related platforms
- no refund is provided to the maximum extent permitted by law
8. Community conduct
You agree to follow server rules and behave respectfully. We may restrict access or remove users for disruptive behaviour, abuse, harassment, spam, or any conduct that harms the community or the integrity of our services.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
All content is owned by HALO TRADES or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access content for personal use only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
10. Changes to services
We may update content, channel structures, features, or delivery methods to improve the service. We do not guarantee any posting frequency, schedule, or feature availability.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- you breach these Terms
- you share access or content
- we suspect fraud or abuse
- you disrupt the community or platform integrity
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
