REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for HALO TRADES purchases made through Whop.
1. Digital service and immediate access
HALO TRADES is a digital service delivered through Discord and other platforms we may use. Access is typically granted immediately after purchase.
By purchasing and accessing the service immediately, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.
2. No refunds
All purchases are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This includes, without limitation:
- monthly subscriptions
- annual subscriptions
- lifetime purchases
- partial months or unused time
- accidental purchases
- forgetting to cancel before renewal
- dissatisfaction after access is granted
- inability to use the service due to personal circumstances
3. Cancellations
If you cancel a monthly or annual plan, you keep access until the end of the current billing period unless access is removed earlier for breach of rules or Terms. After the billing period ends, access is restricted and roles are removed.
4. Access termination and rule breaches
If you are removed for breach of our rules or Terms, including unauthorised sharing of paid content or access, your access is terminated immediately and no refund is issued to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Billing platform
Billing and subscription management are handled by Whop. Any billing actions (such as cancellation) must be completed through Whop.
